Considering becoming a Team Manager?

Becoming a Team Manager is a great way to play an active role in the Pearcedale Netball Club and is essential to the smooth running of a team.

Working in collaboration with the Coaching team, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing operations such as communication, registrations, safety and player welfare.

As the Team Manager, you will also be responsible for overseeing the development of the team, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for all players. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to both players, parents and coaching staff, and fostering a culture of teamwork, skill development, and sportsmanship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Having an understanding of and commitment to PNC’s Terms & Conditions, Codes of Conduct and other relevant policies.
• Coordination & communication the between parents, committee & coach as required
• Ensure player safety & welfare at all times
• Assist with the Registration processes
• Game day management in conjunction with the Coach
