Rules and Regulations relating to the competition held at Casey

This Policy seeks to ensure that everyone involved in Netball is aware of their rights and
responsibilities across these areas.

This Code of Conduct seeks to promote and strengthen the reputation of the sport of netball in Australia by establishing the behaviours that are expected by Participants in the NA Elite Programs both on and off the netball court.

This Policy outlines the required standards of the Fair Play Code.

This Policy is part of Netball’s proactive and preventative approach to upholding its commitment to safety, wellbeing, participation of all Children who participate in Netball.

Netball Victoria has an obligation to maintain a safe physical and emotional environment for Officials, Affiliated Associations, Affiliated Clubs, Umpires, Coaches, Registered Members and Organising Bodies. This responsibility is not solely confined to the netball court.

The Regulations set out the procedures to be followed in dealing with Offences in an effective,
appropriate and timely manner.

In developing and implementing this Netball Victoria Concussion Management Policy, the focus is to
ensure the safety and welfare of all players and a consistent application of best practice protocols
and guidelines for the management of concussion across all levels of netball in Victoria

This Policy aims to set a standard for the inclusion of transgender and gender diverse
people in all NV and Affiliate, competitions and events, allowing them to participate as
their true and authentic selves. As such, NV is committed to supporting people to
participate in the gender category they identify with, or feel most comfortable
participating in, regardless of their sex assigned at birth.
